News

The Inside Out® Pathway is both a diagnostic and professional development tool for all in-house creative leaders and their teams.  It’s designed so that, for the first time, an in-house creative leader can benchmark themselves and their teams in a relevant way.

The Inside Out® Pathway brings the clarity needed to be able to identify your own personal leadership learning journey, evaluate how your team is positioned within the business and identify skills gaps and opportunities.

A unique guide to help you navigate your career, benchmark your impact, and ultimately, help creativity earn its seat at the top table.

Our Pathway includes:

This is just the start of us creating ‘future fit’ frameworks and best practice guides for you to navigate this exciting new wave of in-housing. And as ‘Version 1.0’ we really want the in-house creative community to help us expand, shape and evolve this model with us.

Whether you are just starting your in-house creative career, or you are a well established creative leader then our Inside Out® Pathway is for you.
