Breakfast Club – I am your biggest fan! With a bunch of super smart and interesting in-house leaders providing each other with peer to peer support, the conversation and advice is second to none. I have seen the immediate added value the sessions bring to me, and subsequently my team. I am so happy to have discovered this wonderful community.
It is really interesting to hear each leader’s path and stories, their drivers and where they see the future. Some relatable experiences of growth, building close relationships with marketing teams and how stepping into their shoes to understand their challenges drives you to take a step back from the creative driven ambitions and get to work that really relates.
Beyond excited to have joined the Inside Out® Community for In-House Creative Leadership. It’s an awesome thing to be able to tap into such a great wealth of knowledge and, as the sole in-house creative, the opportunity to meet and learn from experienced in-house leaders has been absolutely invaluable so far.
I can honestly say that it is a pleasure to be part of such a community. I have made new connections, gained new knowledge in areas of SME that I have been able to confidently represent inside my company and shared inspiration with my team on numerous occasions. So good to have a forum that recognises and celebrates in-house creative teams. The Breakfast Clubs are a particular highlight and I love hearing what this group of talented creative leaders have been up to recently and the discussions around common themes in what has become quite a community.
