Established in 2013, Inside Out started life as the In-House Design Awards, the only UK Awards to showcase the very best creative work being produced from in-house creative teams.

Emma Sexton
CREATIVE OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Emma’s extensive industry experience provides a unique lens on the business of creativity having operated within creative agencies, as a leader of in-house creative teams, and for over the past ten years as an entrepreneur.
Shortlisted for The Drum’s Creative Woman of the Year 2016. Creative Pool’s Top 100 Influencers of the year 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020,2021. The Dots’ 100 Trailblazers redefining the creative industry 2020.
Sarah Halfpenny
HEAD OF COMMUNITY
Sarah brings over 20 years of experience to the Inside Out Community and Awards. Sarah has run her own events management agency and previously held senior positions leading community and events teams.
Sarah is visiting lecturer at the Event Academy teaching both Diploma and Post Graduate courses specialising in Operational Planning and Awards.
Monica Botero
OPERATIONS & MARKETING
Monica is a highly experienced project manager and agency operations specialist with a natural ability as a community builder.
Monica has an in-depth knowledge of the creative industry and is always one step ahead of the latest technology and operations efficiencies. Monica also has bi-lingual talents (she is fluent in Spanish & English).
