Breakfast Club becomes The Exchange

News

We knew calling our monthly peer-to-peer group coaching sessions ‘Breakfast Club’ would need to change at some point and now feels the right time.

“Breakfast Club,” our much-loved monthly peer-to-peer group coaching sessions, are evolving into The Exchange.

As we continue to connect with leading in-house creative teams from around the world, we’re expanding our Visionary Leaders membership to better support our growing global community.

With new members joining us from Australia, the USA and APAC, we want to ensure our virtual peer-to-peer group coaching calls for in-house creative leaders are accessible across time zones.

While the name is changing, the heart of the sessions remains exactly the same.

The Exchange will continue to be a space where in-house creative leaders can come together to connect, share ideas, learn from one another, and discuss best practices in a supportive environment. It’s this sense of collaboration and mutual learning that has always made these sessions so valuable, and that isn’t changing.

To support this growth, we are expanding our monthly sessions schedule.

Our popular 10am GMT session isn’t going anywhere, but we’re introducing two additional time slots at 4pm GMT and 8am GMT/9pm GMT depending on the time of year. These new options will make it easier for members in different time zones to join, while also giving our existing Visionary Leader members more flexibility to attend at a time that suits them best.

Inside Out® Community Founder Emma Sexton explains:

We knew calling our monthly peer-to-peer coaching sessions ‘Breakfast Club’ would need to change at some point, and now feels like the right time. ‘The Exchange’ perfectly reflects the collaborative spirit of the sessions, where members from across sectors and locations contribute their insights and expertise as much as they learn from one another.

We’re incredibly excited about this next chapter and what it means for our growing global network. We look forward to welcoming even more in-house creative leaders into The Exchange.
