About the Event

Signs all point to our workforce becoming more fluid – shorter times in jobs, increased mobility within organisations, and a shift from employee retention to open talent networks. But do we need to wait for that future to tap into the promise it offers?

Matthew Knight, Chief Freelance Officer at The Independency Co. and founder of Leapers – the award winning project supporting the mental health of the self-employed, suggests we’re already able to benefit from the new fluid future – by working more effectively with freelancers.

During this 1 hour session, Matthew will take us through his 10 points towards a fluid future, including – how you can assemble your community of freelancers, how to on-board them, and most importantly, how to keep them engaged and motivated.
