About the Event

As an in-house creative leader, you’re not just managing work,  you’re managing people, dynamics, and all the unspoken tension that builds up when teams are under pressure.

Unresolved conflict is costly. It stalls strategies, chips away at trust, and drains the energy and attention your team needs to do their best work. And often, it’s invisible, silence mistaken for agreement, disagreements that go unspoken, something that just feels off but nobody names it. It feels like the magic is gone.

Deep Democracy is a powerful, participative approach to leadership and conflict transformation that helps you spot tension early, understand what’s driving it, and work through it,  without costly external support or lengthy processes.

In this free one-hour workshop, Francesca Pagni will introduce you to the Lewis Deep Democracy method and show you how to start using it in your own team.

You’ll leave with:

About our speaker

Francesca specialises in the human dynamics of organisations, with over a decade of experience supporting people and teams across sectors to build the trust, honesty, and connection that good work depends on. Much of her work focuses on supporting leaders and teams to navigate difference and tension more skilfully, in order to reach more of what they are capable of.

Francesca is a certified Lewis Method Deep Democracy instructor and facilitator. She first encountered the method ten years ago and has worked with it every day since – it has profoundly shaped not only her practice as a consultant and leader, but as a person. It remains central to most of my work with leaders and teams. She is also a trained Integral Development Coach (PCC), working with leaders and teams as an executive and team coach.

It is Francesca’s deep passion to support leaders and teams to be fully alive in their work, open to learning, and living with greater ease and fulfilment.
