About the Event

Getting the fundamentals of digital content management right from the start can save you and your team valuable time and effort. Instead of wasting energy on mundane tasks like searching for files or organising content, you can focus on what really matters—being creative. In many teams, digital content management often gets pushed to the bottom of the priority list, creating unnecessary stress and confusion.

In this session, we will be joined by special guests presenting two case studies from a B2B and B2C brand perspective. Jenny Cobelli, Head of Creative at Domino’s, and Matt Baker, Creative Lead at Portakabin, will share their reality of implementing a new digital asset management system.

They will take us through:

  • The before – navigating the chaos of multiple systems to manage assets
  • Why they implemented a DAM platform – identifying the issues
  • How they decided what platform to use
  • Making the business case
  • Reality of setting up a new DAM system
  • DAM management, integration and scalability
  • The after – ROI and making life a bit easier
