Today, Kate is a Creative Operations and Leadership Expert with Blum Consulting Partners and runs her own firm, Kate Sullivan Creative, where she helps individuals and organizations navigate the complexities of the creative process, from prioritizing passion projects to optimizing careers and creative teams.
