In this thought-provoking session, Inside Out Advisor Lucy Hobbs will share compelling stories and insights into the experiences of neurodivergent individuals in the creative and tech industries.
She will explore how small changes and commitment to neuro-inclusivity can make a huge difference to teams that pride themselves on creativity and an alternative perspective.

Lucy Hobbs
Lucy is an AuDHD Creative Director, ND Consultant and Founder of The Future is ND.
Before founding the first ever neurodivergent network in the creative and tech industries, Lucy worked as a freelance creative for a variety of well known agencies and brands for 3 decades. Lucy advocates through a programme of regular events, consultancy work and creative projects – to educate and inform organisations and society on how better to understand, embrace and empower a more neurodiverse workforce and world.
