Production Procurement
- Guidance and support when bringing in higher-end Production support / suppliers for TV / AV jobs where the investment per shoot is high.
- Analysis and benchmarking of Production rate cards / menu prices of a InSide Out members’ In-House solutions and/or their 3rd party suppliers vs. the alternative solutions / the open marketplace.
- ‘Arbitrage’ between an InSide Out member and their supplier where there is a dispute around costs / performance and a need for external / expert view to assess the ‘correct’ price to close out the case.
IP & Usage Rights
- Management of Infringement claims from negotiation through to payment.
- Renewals of Talent + Music Usages again from negotiation through to payment.
- SAG-AFTRA guidance and management. Specifically American and high end Talent who have to be members of the Union to work in the US.
