Our course is designed to address the real-world challenges faced by in-house creative leaders. While it includes essential elements of self-awareness and authentic leadership, it goes further to ensure these skills are applied in the context of your business environment. Here’s a breakdown of what we’ve covered:

Understanding the Strategy and Marketplace

We emphasise the importance of understanding your business strategy, marketplace, and priorities. This knowledge is crucial for aligning your team’s work with the organisation’s mission and vision.

Balancing Company and Team Culture

We help you navigate the dynamics between your company’s culture and the culture you want to foster within your team, ensuring they complement each other and drive impact.

Impactful Leadership

The course focuses on the impact you need to have as a leader. This includes how you lead your teams, connect with peers, and manage stakeholders effectively.

Relationships

Recognising the fundamental importance of relationships in in-house creative leadership, we’ve dedicated two modules to building and leveraging these connections.

Leading with AI

We’re also excited to introduce a bonus session on AI, which explores how creative leaders can leverage AI to drive innovation and stay at the forefront of their fields. This session includes practical insights on using design thinking and lean experimentation to integrate AI effectively.

Creating this course has been a collaborative and insights driven journey. How the course will be delivered

  • The course is entirely online and delivered over 14 weeks.
  • All 8 modules will be covered during 2 hour structured sessions, plus some homework.
