Introduction
- Where in-house teams have been.
- Where in-house creative teams are going.
- What behaviours do the best in-house creative teams exhibit?
Exercise 1 – create a vision of your team’s future (team focus)
- Draw or write a picture of what you think is the future vision of your in-house creative team could be.
- Groups of 5/6 (discuss, share your actions with each other)
Introduction to the Inside Out® Pathway
- Leadership is at all levels and is about your ‘zone of influence’
- How you operate dictates how you get you and the team collectively to move through the zones.
Exercise (individual focus)
- What 3 things can YOU do differently to have more influence and persuasion as a creative team in the business?
- Groups of 5/6 (discuss, share your actions with each other).
- Share one common action/takeaway from the group with the room.
Learning Outcomes
- Establish a clearly refined vision for the team which they’ve all contributed to
- Agree what success looks like for your team:
- be less siloed and territorial about their work
- understand ‘best practice’ based on insights from other in-house creative teams
- feel excited about the future possibilities of the team within your business
- realise what they can change / influence (and to accept what they cannot)
- Galvanise your team to move in the right direction
- Inspire and energise your team by showing them what an exciting time it is to be in-house and what the possibilities are
- Create and define some S.M.A.R.T. actions which can be easily implemented by your team without feeling overwhelmed
