About The Role

This is your chance to own the creative function at a critical growth stage. Reporting into the Global Head of Communications, you’ll lead concepting and design across brand campaigns, product launches, social assets, and digital experiences.

You’ll manage a small, high-performing in-house team (copy + design/video) and operate like the head of a boutique agency inside a global fintech — from pitch to production.

Perfect for a Senior Designer or Art Director ready to step up, this role blends leadership, hands-on creativity, and strategic influence.

Requirements

Creative Direction & Brand Consistency

 

Establish and own the creative vision and output for our key brand’s global communications and marketing efforts
Concept, design, and lead the execution of brand campaigns, performance ads, product launches, and social content
Translate strategic briefs into compelling creative assets that work across formats and channels — from video to banners to high-impact social and web

 

In-House Creative Vision

Operate as an internal design agency lead: prioritise, brief, and manage requests from regional departments as well as marketing, employer branding and
Onboard and manage two direct reports (design/video and copy), maintaining quality while fostering creative development
Champion best-in-class design thinking and storytelling across the company

 

Content & Campaign Development

Drive the development of modular creative systems for recurring brand and acquisition campaigns
Produce storyboards, scripts, and motion briefs for video content and animations

 

Cross-Functional Partnership

Align creative output with performance data, iterating assets for higher engagement and ROI
Support key global launches, sponsorships, and major events with scalable creative assets
