Your role at Exness:

Join our team as an Associate Creative Director and play a pivotal role in spearheading ambitious, cutting-edge creative projects across a comprehensive media landscape. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in concept creation and digital advertising and a proven track record of leading teams to deliver impactful digital campaigns, someone well-equipped to help drive our creative success. In this dynamic position, you’ll collaborate closely with our new Creative Director and leverage a robust team of writers and designers to bring your visionary ideas to fruition.

You will be instrumental in transforming strategic challenges into exceptional creative solutions, managing teams, and driving marketing success.

You will:

• Support the Creative Director in developing creative concepts and strategies that range from overarching brand awareness to targeted acquisition campaigns.
• Oversee multiple projects, managing both internal and external teams.
• Ensure on-brand communication consistently reflects the company’s tone, values, and visual standards.
• Present creative work to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to enhance project outcomes.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute to new business pitches, fostering an environment of innovation.

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Creative Arts, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in a creative role, with substantial agency and digital advertising expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative strategies and concepts shown through a strong portfolio.
• Exceptional leadership and presentation skills, with a proven ability to manage teams.
• Knowledge of integrated marketing across digital, social, and above-the-line channels.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with digital marketing funnels (awareness all the way to activation) and AI-generated creative content.
• Background in the financial sector is advantageous.
• Proficient in English, with a highly strategic, creative mindset and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
