Visionary Leader members meet the following criteria:
- Example Job titles: include Chief Creative Officer, Head of Creative, Head of Production, Head of Operations, Design Director, Creative Lead and Brand and Studio Manager
- Hold a leadership role within an in-house creative team
- Established in their career with circa 7+ years’ industry experience
Yes, we do not open and close memberships. You may join us at any time.

Membership Plans will automatically renew every year. You will be emailed with options to change your membership plan or to unsubscribe 6 weeks before your renewal date.
If you wish to change membership plans, please email the team for support.
Yes, you can.
Those with Free Insider membership may purchase a Future Leaders or Insider PLUS+ membership anytime via our online sign up form.
Those on a Future Leadership membership plan may apply for Visionary Leaders membership if joining criteria is met. Simply complete the application process and one of our team will be in contact with you to set up a discovery call.
Yes, you can cancel your membership plan at any time, but the membership fee is paid up front and no refunds are available.
For Visionary Leaders, if the organisation has paid for the membership, we encourage the membership to be transferred to the most appropriate person in the team.
If membership has been paid for by yourself, you may keep your membership, you just need to let us know your new contact details.

Held monthly on Zoom, we host live facilitated group coaching sessions for our Visionary Leader members, with both peer-to-peer mentoring and expert advice. A great opportunity to meet fellow members, share experiences and seek guidance.
Gain exclusive access to our virtual expert-led sessions. Typically hosted over lunchtime for an hour on Zoom. Always on relevant topics, each session includes a presentation and time for Q&A afterwards. The Q&A section is exclusive to these sessions and is not recorded, so you can ask any questions in a safe space.
Hosted in Discourse, the online community is exclusive to our Visionary Leaders and allows you to connect with fellow leaders, learn from others, view our members directory and contribute to the discussions. It’s also a great tool to view our weekly announcements, as well as an opportunity to ask fellow members for help in a private forum.
