About this event 

This session welcomes Tabitha Winter, an expert creative service, and operations professional with over 25 years of experience across all disciplines of advertising and marketing. Tabitha and Emma will be taking on the topic of creative operations, focusing on three important themes. 

  1. Why is Creative Ops important? 
  2. How can Creative Ops help creativity overall? Looking at relationships, creative solutions and getting buy-in from the wider team through data-driven decisions
  3. Developing and mastering a Creative Ops Toolkit. Shining a light on workflow management, automation Tools, DAMs and measurement tools

This event is half mastermind and half creative surgery.  

Attendees will have both with the opportunity to listen and learn from Tabitha and ask questions and contribute to the conversation.
