They will also be sharing content\, insight\, and perspectives from their talent network of intersectional Disabled creatives. The presentation is rounded off with thoughts and views on authentic representation and what that looks like in modern-day media\, as well as sharing potential pitfalls and ways to spot them. \n\n\n\nKelly and Emma’s style is very open and engaging\, and they welcome questions and further conversation after the session. \n\n\n\nWho’s the event for?\n\n\n\nThis event is open to everyone. She has spent a lot of her career fighting to prove that Disabled people can work and thrive within big industries\, leading by example by making her way to the top of the typically male-dominated football industry before starting With Not For. Kelly has been paving the way for others by showing businesses how to adapt old and create new ways to include Disabled people\, demonstrating that with a few small changes\, work can be accessible to everyone. \n\n\n\nEmma Gardner\, Co-Founder & COO\, WITH NOT FOR. \n\n\n\nEmma’s experience lies in successfully opening up and evolving existing workplaces to include disability within their business values and culture. With a background in creative operations and a passion for promoting equity for all\, she is also a Co-Founder of Born Equal Consults\, an inclusion consultancy business\, providing training to advance workplaces to impact cultural change. Her Disabled daughter\, Dotty\, has been the catalyst for a lot of her work in recent years\, guiding her in pushing for a better and more inclusive future for everyone. \n\n\n\nAbout WITH NOT FOR. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n You are attending\n \n \n Add to calendar\n \n \n \n\n \n \n Admission\n \n Members: \n Free \n \n \n Non-members: \n Free \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Attend this event\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n How to attend\n If you wish to attend this event: \n \n \n Become a member
