Much of her work focuses on supporting leaders and teams to navigate difference and tension more skilfully\, in order to reach more of what they are capable of. \n\n\n\nFrancesca is a certified Lewis Method Deep Democracy instructor and facilitator. She first encountered the method ten years ago and has worked with it every day since – it has profoundly shaped not only her practice as a consultant and leader\, but as a person. It remains central to most of my work with leaders and teams.
