Role Accountability
The Senior Creative has a high level of competency in several creative disciplines and supports Lubrizol and its customers by providing creative expertise and delivering the very best in business communications. The role should have a high level of experience in in Graphic Design and Design for Digital applications.

The role supports Lubrizol and by extension its customers internally and externally.

Essential Job Functions

• The Senior Creative has a high level of competency in several creative disciplines and supports Lubrizol and its customers by providing creative expertise and delivering the very best in business communications.
• The role is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in their creative discipline (s). This discipline(s) will typically be one or more of the following photography/film/edit, design/art direction/digital, brand strategy.
• Extend creative knowledge and experience in line with business needs.
• Embraces and demonstrates Lubrizol’s cultural beliefs
• Competent presenter and can demonstrate strategic insight.
• Supports the growth of the team by being a SME and guiding the team/supporting growth.
• Is an early adopter to change and promotes growth in process and performance by training in new applications and evolving equipment/software
• Demonstrable commercial experience from a creative agency in a full time or freelance role.
• Portfolio with evidential commercial experience and results driven creative.
• Understanding of a global marketplace, including cultural understanding across the world.
• Experienced in work process asset management systems and the creative process.
• Experience in a corporate role or working with corporations.
   

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts degree or related experience in a related role
• 5+ years with significant proven experience in higher level of competency/experience in a creative role experience inclusive of working with digital platforms, art direction and conceptual design.
• Advanced knowledge of creative industry appropriate applications
• Good experience in Microsoft Office products
• Excellent organization skills
• Proven Communication and presentation skills when interacting with clients
• Ability to travel regionally & globally per business needs.
